Policy

 

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in the loss of the consultation fee.

Late or Missed Appointments: Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultation.
If you are more than 10 minutes late or miss your appointment, your consultation fee will be forfeited. You may re-book another session at your convenience.

Refunds & Credits: All consultation fees are non-refundable.
The time booked must be used within a single session.

However, if you retain our services by signing a retainer agreement within 7 days of your initial consultation, the consultation fee will be credited toward your overall service cost.

Refund Processing Times: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
